DraftCheck is an intelligent tool designed to alleviate the burden of contract review. Integrated as an extension for Google Docs and Microsoft Word, it enables users to catch drafting errors with just a click.

It leverages artificial intelligence and rule-based logic to identify formatting errors, inconsistencies, and other issues in the text. It was developed with professionals like transactional attorneys and contract managers in mind, aiming to assist them rid unnecessary downtime conducting repetitive tasks.

Beyond this, DraftCheck prides itself on four main features: an automated review to catch drafting errors, Multi-Document Defined Terms Check for documents relation quality assurance, Document Scoring soon to be launched to determine document readiness, and Contract History & Continuous Scanning to track changes and resolve related errors.

In terms of privacy, DraftCheck ensures that document processing happens locally on the user's machine - the documents and their content never leave the user's computer.

The only operation conducted on DraftCheck's servers is authentication. After a free trial period, DraftCheck can be accessed through a monthly subscription.
